Ed was very key in identifying stakeholders, building relationships with them as well as researching and documenting the requirements for this our projects.
He brought constant feedback to my development team, which was critical while navigating the roadmap of never ending one off requirements… I really believe a big part of our success in moving our projects forward was Ed bird dogging the big and little details.
